This holiday season, the Republican Women of Baltimore County (RWBC) continues to donate to Wreaths Across America which takes place at Dulaney Valley Gardens in Timonium, Maryland on December 17, 2022. For those who have lost someone close to them who has served in our U.S. military, RWBC participates to “Remember, Honor and Teach” so that the memory of our loved ones will live on for generations to come. Every year on National Wreaths Across America Day, volunteers participate in wreath laying ceremonies across the country to place donated wreaths on the gravestones of our military veterans.
Similar to years past, RWBC has made a donation to Wreaths Across America - specifically to Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens to help them surpass their goal of 3,933 wreaths. The wreath laying ceremony will take place on Saturday, December 17th at 12:00 p.m.
Wreaths Across America's mission touches the lives of thousands of groups across the country. Through fundraising for wreath sponsorships the goal of the program is to honor every veteran by placing a wreath on each veteran’s grave. On December 17th Wreaths Across America will be at Dulaney Valley Gardens to Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.
“RWBC is honored to support Wreaths Across America as we join them in honoring the lives of our fallen U.S. veterans,” said President, Jolie McShane. “Our members support Wreaths Across America every year, we donate, volunteer and are committed every year.”
